DJ Agreement

• Delivery: DJs must deliver their radio show at least 24 hours before the scheduled airtime.
• Tracklists and Format: Each show must include tracklists with timestamps. The show must be delivered in MP3 format, with a minimum bitrate of 128kbps.
• Notification: DJs must inform Radio Marbella at least 24 hours in advance if they cannot provide a scheduled show.
• Sound Consistency: DJs must ensure their shows align with the established sound and style of Radio Marbella.
• Guest DJs: Only the assigned DJ may host shows. Guest DJs are not permitted.
• Branding: DJs must use Radio Marbella branding for their shows.
• Super Thanks Revenue: DJs will receive 65% of Super Thanks donations.
• Sponsorship Revenue: DJs will receive 50% of the revenue from show sponsorships.
• Advertiser Exclusivity: DJs are prohibited from engaging directly with Radio Marbella’s advertisers for personal sponsorships or deals. All advertiser interactions must be mediated through Radio Marbella.
